We are currently looking for a Maintenance Manager to look after the day to day repairs to the buildings and site of our busy school. Cothill House is set within 40 acres of grounds and includes a range of buildings from Victorian to a new build opened in January 2019. We need someone to help us maintain the site through hands on day to day work, as well as coordinating the Maintenance Team. They must ensure essential works and maintenance jobs are completed on a priority basis in order to provide a safe and comfortable environment for our students and staff. We are looking for someone enthusiastic, organised and able to adapt and respond to the many and varied jobs that this role involves. Experience in electrical works, plumbing and/or joinery are highly desirable. A full driving licence is essential.
Salary will depend upon experience. This is a full time position and will include some weekend work and an ability to respond to out of hours emergencies. To find out more please download the job pack here.

An opportunity has arisen for a Grounds Person here at Cothill House School, to help maintain our beautiful grounds.
The Cothill House sports facilities are set on a 40 acre site. These include cricket, rugby and football pitches, an athletics track, tennis courts and a small golf course. There are also formal lawns and wooded areas which need to be managed.
We are seeking a proactive individual who is keen to take on this opportunity and develop all areas of groundsmanship. Applicants should be enthusiastic, be able to work outdoors in all weathers and work unsupervised. Candidates should have the ability to operate a variety of grounds maintenance equipment. NVQ qualifications would be favourable although training would be available to the right candidate.
This is a full time position. Salary will depend upon experience.
